Abstract

The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the steps for creating and deploying virtual CEMIDEFEL, which provides the collection of the Memorial Center, Information and Documentation on Physical Education, Sport and Leisure (CEMIDEFEL) of State University of Londrina. Initially, it was conducted a survey on the collection of CEMIDEFEL and it was found that most of this consisted of movies and bibliographic materials. It was cataloged a total of 97 films divided into 17 categories and or genres. Through the work of cataloging bibliographic materials regarding the Academic Work Course (TCC’s), it was obtained a total of 231 TCC’s between 2008 and 2011, and 880 registered books, so far. It was concluded that most of the results were achieved by making the CEMIDEFEL bibliographic archive available on the Extension Project website through http://www.cemidefelvirtual.com.br
