In Brazil, the indiscriminate use of drugs is causing serious health problems such as medication errors, antibiotic resistance, poisoning cases which involves predominantly children, besides other ages groups. Thus, the EDUCEFAL project aims to carried out educational health actions in order to inform the citizens about the rational use of medicines. It also seeks to disseminate information about the risks of self-medication and the influence of media on drug use. In this context, we act as educators, helping to spread relevant health topics through lectures that reached an average of 83.21% of the students. Thus, we believe that the knowledge obtained will be multiplied to other children as well as to parents, guardians and the ones that are part of their environment, helping to create a society more prepared to deal with information related to drugs.Downloads
