Abstract

This study analyzed the contributions of collaborative interventions in the conception and development of an educational project which focuses on health promotion. It was carried out through a collaborative action research in a public school. Four teachers and 44 students took part in it. Each intervention took two hours and was developed once a week for four months. The research instruments were questionnaires and field diary, and the information were interpreted through categorical analysis. The design methodology provided students better educational opportunities, encouraging meaningful learning. Interventions improved the quality of education by emphasizing the importance of spreading the contributions of collaborative learning and the project strategy in school environment.
