ADOLESCÊNCIA E SEXUALIDADE: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA DA REALIZAÇÃO DE GRUPOS OPERATIVOS EM UMA ESCOLA

Abstract

The objective is to describe the implementation of operational groups on sexuality with adolescents from a state public school. Methodology: Implementation of operational groups to work on sexuality with female adolescents in the 8th and 9th grades of elementary school at a state public school in the city of Divinópolis, Minas Gerais. The groups took place at the school itself, every two weeks, between August and December 2024, with an average duration of 40 minutes. Results: Seven meetings were held, with an average of 10 participants. The topics covered were: violence against women, pregnancy, contraceptive methods, abortion, machismo and sexually transmitted infections. The meetings with the greatest interaction were the most dynamic and playful. Conclusion: The use of more dynamic and playful techniques was more effective for discussing the topic. The topics chosen by the adolescents were related to subjective aspects of sexuality, such as violence, prejudices and taboos that women face when experiencing sexuality
