Introduction: Prenatal Nursing Consultations focus on prevention, health promotion, and care throughout pregnancy. This study is part of a Permanent Extension Project (24775/2008-PROEX-Unioeste), titled "Humanization in Women's Care". Objective: To analyze the history of Prenatal Nursing Consultations conducted by extension participants from 2008 to 2023. Methodology: A retrospective study was conducted by reviewing medical records and reports from the Francisco de Assis Care Center in the Interlagos zone of Cascavel, PR. Data collection was conducted between July and August 2024, and the results were presented using graphs in Excel®. Considerations: A total of 454 pregnant women was attended, resulting in 1,233 Prenatal Nursing Consultations. The consultations included obstetric clinical examinations, counseling on the pregnancy-puerperal cycle, infant care, the preparation of Birth Plans, and emphasis on information regarding rights and non-obstetric violence. The project benefited 187 extension workers, providing them with opportunities for teaching and learning, with a focus on scientific evidence, as well as technical, ethical, and humanistic development. The initiative strengthened the bond between the university and the community, particularly for socially vulnerable pregnant women, promoting safer and healthier pregnancies.
