A career as a researcher, teacher and active in social, ethnic-racial and scientific demands over more than three decades. Dione Oliveira Moura, a professor at the University of Brasília since 1995, has a recognized role in teaching, research and extension work in Journalism, in addition to collaborating with scientific entities in the country. In her pioneering spirit, her participation as rapporteur for the commission that established the UnB quota system in 2003 stands out. The researcher builds her trajectory on the proposition of centralizing studies peripheral to the mainstream logic in the scientific field, placing the perspective of intersectionalities in dialogues. of studies in Journalism. In an interview, Dione Moura explains the concerns that guided her trajectory and defends the challenge of research committed to confronting multiple oppressions.
