MAPPING RESEARCH - DISSERTATIONS AND THESES - ON LINGUISTIC ANALYSIS PRACTICE IN BRAZIL

Abstract

This article aims to present part of the results of a doctoral research conducted in the field of Applied Linguistics (AL), with its theoretical foundations grounded in Dialogic Studies of Language (Bakhtin/Vološinov, 2014 [1929]; Bakhtin, 2011 [1979]; Medvedev, 2012 [1928]; Vološinov, 2013 [1930], 2017 [1929]). Considering the discussions surrounding the practice of linguistic analysis, from its introduction in the educational sphere (Geraldi, 1984, 1991) to its inclusion as a teaching practice in basic education (Brasil, 1998, 2018), we seek to identify and quantify the scientific production on Linguistic Analysis Practice (LA, LAP, LAP/S) developed in Brazil from 1998 to 2021, in order to create a quantitative scenario of dissertations and theses produced in Brazilian postgraduate programs. Methodologically, the research was based on the theoretical assumptions of Bibliometric Analysis (Alvarado, 2007, 1984; Araújo, 2006; Hayashi, 2012; Quevedo Silva et al., 2016), making the cartographic scenario of scientific production on LA, LAP, LAP/S in Brazil visible.

Doutora em Linguística (UFSC), área de concentração Linguística Aplicada. Mestre em Linguística Aplicada (UEM), área de concentração Ensino Aprendizagem de Língua Materna. Especialista em Língua e Literaturas da Língua Portuguesa (UEPG). Licenciada em Letras pela UFS, com parte da graduação realizada na UFSC. Professora Adjunta na Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa (UEPG), Paraná, Departamento de Estudos da Linguagem (DEEL). Atua no "Tripé Ensino, Pesquisa e Extensão" desenvolvendo e orientando projetos sob o viés da Linguística Textual e da Análise Dialógica do Discurso que versam sobre Práticas de Linguagem - leitura, escrita, análise linguística - no contexto de formação inicial e continuada de professores de Língua Portuguesa. http://lattes.cnpq.br/2600938416557420

Graduado em Letras Português/Inglês e respectivas Literaturas pela UFSM (CNPq). Mestre em Linguística, na área de concentração Linguística Aplicada, pela UFSC (CAPES). Doutor em Linguística, na área de concentração Linguística Aplicada, na UFSC (CNPq). Pós-doutor em Linguística Aplicada na PUCSP. Tem experiência na área de Linguística Aplicada, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: ensino e aprendizagem de língua materna na esfera escolar, formação de professores, análise de gêneros do discurso, análise dialógica do(s) discurso(s), escritos do Círculo de Bakhtin. Atualmente é professor Associado da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, no Departamento de Língua e Literatura Vernáculas, campus central de Florianópolis-SC. Atua na graduação e nos Programas de Pós-graduação em Linguística (PPGLg) e Mestrado Profissional em Letras (PROFLETRAS). Atuou no PIBID - Língua Portuguesa da UFSC. É do conselho editorial da Revista Caminhos em Linguística Aplicada (Unitau), Working Papers em Linguística (UFSC) e Fórum Linguístico (UFSC). Membro do NELA - Núcleo de Estudos em Linguística Aplicada e do Grupo de Estudos no Campo Discursivo na UFSC. Membro do GT - Gêneros Textuais/Discursivos da ANPOLL. Membro efetivo da ABRALIN. Sócio pleno da ALAB.
