PROPOSTA DE UM MODELO PARA DIAGNÓSTICO DO COMPORTAMENTO HUMANO RESILIENTE, À PARTIR DA ANÁLISE EXPERIMENTAL JUNTO AOS DOCENTES DE UM CURSO DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO

Abstract

The constant and rapid changes in the organizational environment were accelerated by the Pandemic scenario caused by COVID-19, impacting important disruptions, especially those related to incremental innovations, requiring human beings to behave quickly, receptive to change, adaptive and, mainly proactive in the search for new knowledge, as disruptions and innovations have become increasingly intense. In higher education it was no different, as they involved all stakeholders. This work proposes to model a beliefs and values ​​questionnaire, covering three areas of the human structure: mental, social-interactive and physical-biological, with the purpose of diagnosing the participants' level of personal and group resilience. For this purpose, the experiment was applied to professors of the Administration course of a University Center in the interior of São Paulo, from December 2020 to March 2021, in the middle of a Pandemic scenario. The data collection instrument was developed by the researchers using the Google Forms application, with a pattern of responses structured on a seven-point Likert scale and applied via email. For the treatment of collected data and statistical analysis of regression and ANOVA, a single factor, Excel 2013 software was used. With a predominantly quantitative approach, this research is classified as to its objectives as descriptive and as to the procedures such as survey. The studied model is proposed for resilient behavioral diagnosis applications in other populations, enabling the understanding of human behavior in the face of incremental or disruptive changes, as was the case in the pandemic scenario caused by COVID-19.
