This study aims to report the activities and the intervention strategies carried out before and during the pandemic time. It is an experience report of the actions developed by the Extension Program of Integrative and Complementary Practices in Health at UNIFAL-MG. It was carried out several care services and monitoring to the academic community, civil servants and external community through the projects linked to the face-to-face program. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it was necessary to adapt the activities to the remote model, creating sites and channels on social networks to disseminate knowledge and to monitor activities through Google Meet. Thus, the program provided countless benefits to the participants and, even with social isolation, it had been able to expand its actions, disseminating knowledge and quality of life to the assisted population.
