REFLEXÕES A PARTIR DO PROJETO DE EXTENSÃO “GESTÃO ESCOLAR: DESAFIOS E POSSIBILIDADES”

This article aims to discuss the Extension Project “School management: challenges and possibilities” developed within the scope of the Pedagogy course at the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul (Uems), Maracaju Unit, under Notice nº 001/2023 – DEX/ PROEC/ UEMS, from 05/13/2023 to 11/24/2023. This project aimed to promote discussions of theoretical assumptions and main actions developed by school principals and managers through hybrid training meetings. The theoretical-practical scope is understood as a pedagogical praxis committed to human formation in its entirety. The methodology of the present study is anchored in the critical perspective in which an analysis of documentation concerning the development of the project was carried out, such as: Assessments; Photographic records; Reports; and, videos. The result of the project indicates: technical training for education professionals; academic integration between the contents studied in the discipline and the discussions carried out in the project; and, publication of three (03) works in event annals
