This study aims to report on the importance of extension actions linked to the School Health Program (PSE, Portuguese acronym), which acts as an essential tool for building knowledge about health care among children, adolescents, young people and adults in the public school system. This is an experience report developed by the Tutorial Education Program Integrated Practices in Collective Health (PET PISC,Portuguese acronym ), in partnership with three public schools located in the municipality of Uruguaiana. The activities took place between March and November 2023, and among the topics covered were body health, mental health and sexual health. The actions carried out brought moments of reflection among the students, as well as providing professional enrichment for the students by inserting them into different social contexts, enabling the integration of academics into the community, in order to understand local needs and provide a multiprofessional experience.
