Abstract

Having basic Statistic knowledge allow the development of skills that assist in collecting, organizing and analyzing data and it has become indispensable today and for future times. That’s because this science has practical application in various knowledge branches use statistical methods as work tools. Thus, it is extremely important that basic education teachers are prepared to understand the statistical language, as well as make their students to develop statistical thinking. For this, a set of actions is being implemented to help elementary school’s teachers to qualify better their performance in content involving Statistics, hoping that it can supply their needs they face when preparing lessons including that content. It is hoped that the actions developed with these professionals can motivate them to plan tasks and to prepare statistical activities with content that can be used in classrooms.
