The present work, result of discussions carried out by Grupo de Estudos da Tradução - GET/Letters Departament/Pau dos Ferros Campus/Rio Grande do Norte State University, aims at presenting an experience of teaching English to children from aesthetics experiences created during reading classic fairy tales and their creative translation in courses offered for children in the Extension Project Inglês para Crianças na Comunidade – Letters Department/Pau dos Ferros Campus/Rio Grande do Norte State University. Taking as starting point the concept of aesthtics experience, coming from the philosophy of Jacques Rancière (2010, 2000) and Deleuze and Guattari (1997), and translation as an exercise of recreating in authors such as Rodrigues (2000) and Arrojo (1997), we seek to demonstrate how children, with observation of monitors of that project, create new space-time sensorio from reading of different versions of the tales Puss in Boots by Charles Perrault, and Brementown Musician by Brothers Grimm. For this purpose, we developed activities that could lead children to read and recreate these fairy tales. Moreover, it is important to remark that we accompanied the completion of such activities in classroom to report those experiences. The analysis that we carried out of those activities at classroom by children reveals the deterritorialization of recurrent elements of the source text from a singular experience, characterized by movements of cartographic features that take place into account discontinuous flows of reading experiences not centered on the morality contained in classic fairy tales.
