Abstract

This research seeks to verify how the professors of the Journalism course, of the Federal Universities of Maranhão and Tocantins, are using Digital Technologies, after the suspension of the presential classes, because of the coronavirus. For data collection, the public answered a semi-structured questionnaire sent by e-mail or message application, in which the results showed that before the pandemic, AVA/Moodle and social media/networks were resources used, however, during this social isolation, the combination of video lessons/videoconference and social media/networks were essential for the continuity of academic and pedagogical activities in both campuses.
