This study proposes the understanding of this crisis scenario in several areas as a central crisis in the ways of building trust. Based on the assumption that trust, in addition to being a central element for the existence of society, is also a process that is built through the exchange of information, this work suggests, from the descriptive analysis, in the final considerations, the need to change the beliefs and values that guide the dynamics of building trust, that is, the exchanges of information, and, consequently, of the whole society. This proposal remains as a suggestion for future studies. It is a theoretical reflection supported by bibliographic research and empirical observation.
