Abstract

The present work purpose to analyze the propose to History teaching on the To Teach and To Learn Project Flow Correction, implanted by the State of São Paulo Educational Secretariat between 1999 and 2001. As it is one of the mechanisms of the National Education Law of Directions and Bases (LDB) as one way to guarantee the Fundamental Degree permanence and the conclusion by the majority of the children and young at schools age, this study seems to make relations on this project over the neoliberal program to the Brazilian education, arguing the causes that had taken the involved pupils to the pertaining to school fiasco (fail and evasion) and the viability of the proposal of education of History for these pupils, opposing practical and speech, through the analysis of the material that composes the Project collating depositions of the involved citizens with the accompaniment of the implantation, execution and evaluation in the participant schools of the Direction of Taboão da Serra, geographic clipping of this research.
