JUSTIÇA RESTAURATIVA E A INCLUSÃO DE MINORIAS SOCIAIS
É POSSÍVEL A COEXISTÊNCIA DE NARRATIVAS DIVERSAS?
Abstract
This article investigates the intersection between restorative justice and social minorities, analyzing how this convergence can transform historical narratives of exclusion and inequality. By incorporating plural perspectives and considering contexts of marginalization and exclusion, restorative justice can provide space for voices historically silenced. This approach is not limited to resolving isolated conflicts but seeks to influence social dynamics systematically, operating on intrapersonal, interpersonal, organizational, and community levels. By challenging dominant and hegemonic narratives, restorative justice contributes to the transformation of social relations. The research concludes that restorative justice is not merely an alternative to the penal system but a pathway to transforming social relations and building a fairer and more inclusive society, where all narratives are valued and respected.
