A CURRICULARIZAÇÃO DA EXTENSÃO: POSSIBILIDADES E DILEMAS NA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DO RIO DE JANEIRO

Abstract

The aim of this work is to describe the community-outreach projetcs curricularization in undergraduate courses at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). The colected materials were transcribed and submitted to interpretive analysis. We detail and discuss the institution's decision, which seeks not to increase the time course and to create and choose two curricular devices: Supplementary Curriculum Requirement (RCS) and Mixed Subjects.

Doutor em Educação (2021) pela Universidade de São Paulo. Engenheiro Agrônomo (2013), Mestre em Desenvolvimento Territorial e Sistemas Agroindustriais (2016) e Licenciado em Teatro (2019) pela Universidade Federal de Pelotas. Atualmente é professor substituto do Departamento de Políticas Públicas e Gestão da Educação da Faculdade de Educação da Universidade de Brasília.

Afrânio Catani, Universidade de São Paulo

Professor titular aposentado da Faculdade de Educação da Universidade de São Paulo (USP) e, atualmente, professor sênior na mesma instituição. Professor visitante na Faculdade de Educação da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, campus de Duque de Caxias. Graduado em Administração Pública pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (1975), tem Mestrado (1983) e Doutorado (1992) em Sociologia pela Faculdade de Filosofia, Letras e Ciências Humanas da USP (FFLCH-USP). Livre Docente em Educação (2006). É professor emérito do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Integração da América Latina (2022), Pós-Doutorado na Middlesex University London - MDX, Inglaterra (2016). Pesquisador do CNPq.
