O CICLISMO EDUCACIONAL NAS AULAS DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA E A PERCEPÇÃO DE SATISFAÇÃO ESCOLAR DE ESTUDANTES DO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL

The bicycle is a plural tool and, in research, it was converted into an educational tool for Physical Education classes with a view to ascertaining student’s school satisfaction. In this sense, after practicing Educational Cycling, it was sought to ascertain the perception of school satisfaction of 260 elementary school students from three public school. Using a methodology of a mixed, descriptive, and analytical approach of a participatory nature, this research used a questionnaire, a textual production and a didactic sequence whit 19 classes. Quantitative data were tabulated and analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences – SPSS 24.0 software and, from a qualitative perspective, the IRAMUTEQ software (interface de R pour les Analyzes Multidimensionnel-les de Textes et de Questionnaures). The data analyzed indicated that by adding bicycles to Physical Education classes, there was a significant increase in student’s school satisfaction, motivation and engagement in school practices.
