Abstract

Thinking about training from the experience of uncertainty leads to recognizing the plural, transverse and longitudinal dimensions of training dynamics. If uncertainty is a structural fact of human existence, at the individual and collective scales, the force of the pandemic crisis associated with Covid-19 constitutes an event, due to the duration of the phenomenon, its power of irruption and its both global and global character. This article questions the formative dimensions of this unprecedented health crisis for contemporary societies, based on a study carried out according to a narrative approach, conducted with twenty-eight researchers spread over 15 countries and five continents.
