Abstract

The Professor of Political Science and Anthropology, James C. Scott, sat down for an interview on the following day of his Distinguished Lecture in the Food Studies Centre. It was published in English by Gastronomica: The Journal of Critical Food Studies. Now we present its translation to Portuguese.

Suzana dos Santos Matos (UNESA), Universidade Estácio de Sá - UNESA

Graduada em Licenciatura em Geografia (2007) e bacharel (2014) pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Mestra (2017) em Geologia pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Especialista (2019) em Ensino de Geografia na Educação Básica pelo Colégio Pedro II. Pós-graduanda em tradução do Inglês pela Universidade Estácio de Sá (UNESA). Professora de Geografia na Rede Municipal do Rio de Janeiro desde 2009.
