Abstract

Cet article présente la traduction de l’entrée Foire et marchés de l’Encyclopédie d’Anne Robert Jacques Turgot, ou simplement Turgot, et propose quelques commentaires à son sujet. L’objectif est de réfléchir à la naissance de la théorie libérale des relations internationales modernes.
