CONTRADIÇÕES TEÓRICAS, POLÍTICAS E PRÁTICAS NO SISTEMA DE ATRIBUIÇÕES DE AULAS NO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO

Abstract
Esta pesquisa teve por objetivo analisar o sistema de atribuição de aulas da Secretaria Estadoual da Educação de São Paulo e sua interface com a as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a formação de professores de 2015. A abordagem metodológica foi fundamentada no materialismo histórico dialético, partindo da análise documental, tendo como base teórica os pressupostos da Pedagogia Histórico Crítica (PHC). Dentre os resultados obtidos estão a contradição entre aquilo que é ideal no sistema educacional, pautado nos instrumentos legislativos e nas discussões atuais em educação, a precarização das condições de trabalho dos professores atuantes na rede pública e a ínfima exigência na formação daqueles que atuam no ensino público paulista.
