Abstract
Este artículo presenta la evaluación que realizan profesores noveles y profesores experimentados de un programa de formación para el profesorado novel universitarios que viene desarrollándose en la Universidad de Sevilla. Este es un programa de formación que tiene 15 años de antigüedad y se basa en la formación de noveles a través de profesores mentores. La evaluaciónque presentamos en este trabajo es sobre una de sus ediciones, la cual se realizó a través de cuestionarios de preguntas abiertas, tanto durante el proceso como al finalizar el mismo. El artículo concluye con una propuesta de futuro para el desarrollo profesional docente de profesores universitarios.
