Os incidentes criticos na trajetória de professores de Arte

Resumo
Este artigo é parte de uma pesquisa realizada com professores que atuam na rede pública paulista de ensino, que objetivou conhecer os sentimentos e emoções desses profissionais frente às mudanças nas políticas públicas nas últimas três décadas. Utilizou-se a técnica de incidentes críticos como uma maneira de facilitar a compreensão dos dados, uma vez que o objetivo do estudo foi verificar os acontecimentos que se apresentaram como mais representativos para os participantes e os sentimentos que desencadearam. De acordo com o relato dos professores, constatou-se que vários fatores se apresentaram como críticos em sua trajetória pessoal e profissional, os quais influenciaram sua maneira de conceber a profissão como docente e o ensino de Arte na escola pública paulista.
