The training of researchers of education: analysis of the literature in Spanish

Abstract

The article presents a literature review on the training of researchers in the field of Education in Spanish language literature. Sixty-four researches were catalogued, which were aggregated into four categories of analysis. The texts studied are part of the bibliographic collection of a broader research already completed, which had as its object of study the training of researchers in the field of Educational Policy in Brazil. In general, this study points out that the training of researchers in Education in the Spanish language literature discusses important aspects, including: didactic-pedagogical, contextual, individual and training cultures. The act of research comprises a craft, the practice of research is not a natural skill of the researcher, but it is the consequence of a job that can be learned as well as taught. Researchers are trained in institutions marked by a power structure and hierarchical relationships, which are influenced by different factors, namely: individual, contextual, didactic-pedagogical, cultural, etc.
