A síntese elaborada de curso como metodologia reflexiva de formação: a experiência do curso Normal Superior com Mídias Interativas

O presente artigo tematiza a formação de professores e sua relação com a trajetória pessoal e profissional revelada na prática docente. As autoras propõem uma formação que supere os dualismos da racionalidade técnica ao tomar a prática reflexiva como articuladora e reconstrutora do trabalho docente através da inter-relação entre trajetória pessoal, saberes da experiência, saberes específicos dos objetos de ensino e saberes pedagógicos, mediatizados pelo contexto educativo e cruzados com as situações formativas teóricas e práticas. O texto apresenta uma proposta realizada no Curso Normal Superior com Mídias Interativas da Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa que visa desencadear um processo de expressão-reflexãoreconstrução da trajetória pessoal e profissional. Tal processo consiste na sistematização gradativa do conhecimento acumulado e do saber apropriado durante o curso a partir da reflexão e da produção pessoal. Esta proposta é denominada de Síntese Elaborada de Curso.
