IX DIMA on-line: an exitient experience in a pandemic period
Main Article Content
Abstract
This report aims to present an experience of conducting the event Dialogues of Mathematics with Pedagogy in a period of social isolation due to a global pandemic caused by Covid 19. Initially, we present what DIMA is, then we report the experience to hold the IX DIMA webinar in 2020, providing an overview of how the event took place from planning, organization and execution, in compliance with WHO guidelines for social isolation. Finally, we make some considerations highlighting positive points of the realization of DIMA online and possibilities with the use of technologies. To end our discussion, we reflected on the role of the University and questioned its posture in the face of the pandemic scenario.
